Misc: Merry Christmas

It's soon Christmas, and it's time to take a look in the rear view mirror.

2011 has been a great year for me. The racing season could have been better, but we won the first race of the year, and my laptimes are still improving. At the test in March I was the first to drive our Audi TT under nine minutes on the 24,4 km Nürburgring Nordschleife, and in the race in September I drove 08.52 in qualifying - and that after only 20 laps so far that season.

We drove five races in the VLN this season, but had some techincal problems that prevented us from more than one victory.

2011 has also been a busy year with work. I startet the PR-agency Ribalta with two other guys in January, and that has been a huge success with a lot of interesting jobs during the year. I also the announcer for Formula 1 and WRC on Viasat Motor, Viasat Sport and Viasat 4 in Norway, and I've had 85 TV broadcasts this year!

And I had the voice of a car (Darrell Cartrip) in the Norwegian version of Cars 2.

I've had some good times with the family as well, with trips to the Maldives, a road trip in New England, USA, and a couple of weeks in the Norwegian mountains. And this fall my baby daughter Nora was born, and suddenly we were four people in the family!

So thanks for everything in 2011. 2012 will be even better!
